The Lima Stadium Restoration Project

Although the West Grandstand is in similar condition to the East Grandstand it is not nearly as advanced.  Foundations are undersized with the possibility of additional settlement in the future.  Sounding results indicate 10-15% of concrete in seating area had subsurface voids. With restoration, the West Grandstand could see another generation, along with yearly maintenance allowing the structure to appropriately shed water.
